Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 14 business days for your item(s) to ship out of our facility. A lot of the items are handmade and may take time to produce.

Items will be sent through a third-party shipper. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number so you can track your package when it is shipped. we cannot be responsible for deliveries once it has left our facility. Once the tracking number is provided to you, it is your responsibility to track your package. If the package is lost, it is your responsibility to file claims with the shipping company directly.
